Things You Need To Know:

MotionOps is an end-to-end software for service contractors that completely digitizes their workflow. With its fully customizable features, it is designed to meet the unique workflows of different verticals within the Service industry.  What makes MotionOps stand out is the simple yet powerful user interface that can be used by just about anyone, from small to large enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients or customers.

  • Conduct high-volume call and email prospecting campaigns across target regions to generate high-quality leads

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute innovative, structured, and targeted campaigns with specific CTAs (calls to action)

  • Schedule Discovery Calls

  • Record and document all activities in CRM (Zoho)

  • Contribute to research, creation, of targeted prospect lists

  • Evaluate the potential of leads to convert into opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

  • Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

  • Track and report key metrics related to lead generation and conversion.

  • Provide feedback from prospect interactions to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English

  • Maintain and grow existing leads

  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.

  • Identify client needs and suggest the appropriate products or services.

  • Build long-term and trusting relationships with clients.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Report to the Business Development Manager on a (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis to discuss sales results

  • Stay up-to-date with our company’s new products/services and market changes

  • You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Zoho

  • You are willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to constantly improve processes and communication workflows.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
