  • Manage phone calls & Generate sales leads

  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products or services.

  • Addressing questions regarding account status, order updates, and general information.

  • Handle customer complaints promptly, offer suitable solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels (Phone Calls & Emails)

  • Providing essential technical support and troubleshooting for products or services.

  • Process refunds and ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Gathering and documenting customer feedback.

  • Reporting recurring issues or concerns to management for improvement.

  • Providing essential technical support and troubleshooting for products or services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years Of proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.

  • Willingness to analyse and understand the Industry

  • Basic technical skills for handling customer inquiries related to products or services.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Familiarity with CRMs

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • High school diploma
